Bike racks are provided free of charge on Golden Gate Ferry vessels and at Golden Gate Ferry terminals.
Bike Racks at Ferry Terminals
- San Francsico: The Golden Gate San Francisco Ferry Terminal can accommodate 15 bikes on one rack located inside the paid Larkspur waiting area (about nine bikes) and six U-shaped racks located outside and to the west of the paid waiting area (one bike each). Please note: The rack inside the paid waiting area is not covered.
- Larkspur: The Golden Gate Larkspur Ferry Terminal can accommodate about 140 bikes on nine bike racks located inside the paid waiting area (about 80 bikes) and 30 U-shaped racks located outside the paid waiting area (about 60 bikes). Long-term bicycle storage is prohibited. Bikes left beyond seven days will be removed and discarded.
- Sausalito: There are several bike parking zones in downtown Sausalito very close to the Sausalito Ferry Landing.
- Tiburon: Bike racks are located adjacent to the Tiburon Ferry Landing in downtown Tiburon.
