Passenger Advisory Committees

The Golden Gate Bridge, Highway and Transportation District (District) sponsors three passenger advisory committees. Members meet regularly to provide input and express the preferences of fellow passengers to transit managers and staff on a regular and on-going basis. All meetings are open to the public and language assistance is available for participants with limited English proficiency. 

Bus Passengers Advisory Committee (BPAC)

BPAC meets on the third Wednesday of every other month (January, March, etc.) from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Whistlestop Wheels, 930 Tamalpais Avenue, San Rafael, across the street from the San Rafael Transit Center. All bus riders are encouraged to apply.

Ferry Passengers Advisory Committee (FPAC)

FPAC meets on the second Monday of every other month from 12:00 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. in Bayside Rooms 3 & 4 at the Port of San Francisco offices (Pier 1) in San Francisco. All ferry riders are encouraged to apply.

Advisory Committee on Accessibility (ACA)

ACA meets quarterly on the third Thursday of the month from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Golden Gate Transit offices at 1011 Andersen Drive in San Rafael. All riders are encouraged to apply.
