* NOTE: As part of the National Football League’s agreement with NBC to televise Sunday Night Football, the NFL has implemented a flexible schedule for Sunday start times for the final eight weeks of the season. If games on November 16, December 7 or December 28 are moved to Sunday Night games, Golden Gate Transit will NOT offer transportation to Monster Park on these dates. For a full refund of 49ers bus ticket(s) purchased for these games, customers must send their tickets, along with name, address and phone number to Customer Relations Supervisor, GGBHTD, 1011 Andersen Dr, San Rafael, CA 94901, BY JANUARY 31, 2009. The amount of the returned ticket(s), less service charges, will be refunded.
In addition, if these 49ers games are moved from the original start time, fans will be notified 12 days prior to the date of the game with the exception of the Week 17 game, when the notification will be 6 days to ensure a Sunday Night game with playoff implications. Notification will be by local print, electronic and Internet media.
